Jamul-Dulzura Union School District Home

Liz Bystedt - JDUSD Superintendent

Superintendent's Message

I am pleased to welcome you to the Jamul-Dulzura Union School District.  It is truly an honor to serve as your Superintendent

Please take a moment to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter AND be sure to sign up for the PeachJar alerts for your child’s school. If you need assistance with any of these, please contact us.  We are here to serve you.

Please check your school’s website for school calendars, bell schedules, menus, etc.  Each site also has specific information for that school.  You may also contact your school office for more information.

Whether you are a continuing member of our school community or new to us, I encourage you to get involved at your child’s school and with our district.  We have many parent committees throughout our sites, including our Parent Advisory Group (PAGE), Strategic Planning Group, District English Language Advisory Committee (DELAC), and this is the Inaugural Year of the Superintendent’s Book Club.  In addition, our principals hold School Site Councils (SSC), PTA, and PTSA, and many other committees that need parent involvement.

If you are looking to volunteer, please contact your school site.

I’m looking forward to a great year and I know you are too.  Thank you for your continued support of our schools and learning opportunities.

Sincerely,
Liz Bystedt
Superintendent
